The development of our corporate management system has witnessed significant dynamism, and thus since 1996 when we actually started to establish
the quality system it has undergone huge changes. The commitment of the management is properly reflected in the fact that the process of the development
of the system was actually started by our managing director, who has qualification in TQM economy.
After the ISO 9002 certification in 1997, our employees
fully backed the management in deciding to follow this way, and set the long-term strategic objective to expand the TQM approach to the whole of the Company.
The first step was the establishment of the regulations of developments, as well as the involvement of the same to the total quality system in 1998, when
we earned the ISO 9001 certification, as well as the development and introduction of the environmental management system under ISO 14001, which was successfully
certified in August 1998; our Company was the 31st to rely on this system in the country, and the first among companies manufacturing detergents and disinfectants.
After that, we felt that it was high time to involve the entire the Company in this system, apply the TWM approach on the corporate level. Between 1998
and 2000, in addition to the attainment of various quality techniques and the carrying out of their application we were busy with the preparations for the
re-certification under the new ISO 9001:2000, as well as the integration of the systems that we had introduced and operated so far.
As a result, in October
2002 we succeeded in certifying the company as an integrated system under ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001. In 2003, we subjected our TQM system to external evaluation,
and our Company was awarded with the EFQM-based Regional Quality Prize of the North Great Plains Region in the manufacturing category. Since 2005, we have
been applying the newly appeared MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System, which we have successfully certified, as well.
Quality Prize of the North Great Plains Region
It is a prize that is not necessarily issued, but can be granted to companies that hit the appropriate standards in the EFQM-based evaluation system (cc.
over 350 points). In 2003, our Company significantly overfulfilled this requirement (over 400 points).
The Prize does not only acknowledge the quality of the products, but also examines the entire
scope of the operating conditions of any company (management, employees, processes, strategy, resources) and its achievements (customer and employee satisfaction, financial and social results).
