Chemical dosage of bottle washers (alkali, additive, pH, scale inhibitor, disinfectant, anti-foaming agent)
The washing machine is a very important element of the bottling plants.
Its proper operation and efficiency can be influenced by many factors. One of those important factors is the dosage of the additive,
or other disinfecting materials.
Alkali II: usually does not exist, but dose anti-foaming
agent if necessary
Hot water II.: dosage of pH-decreaser
Hot water I.: dosage of scale-precipitation inhibitor
Cold water: dosage of disinfectant
Of course, we can use different dosage methods than the above listed. Our goal is to guarantee efficient, economical bottle-washing.
Required to
run: voltage, 230 VAC, or the potential-free contacts in the washing machine's control cabinet (operating water valve, operating main driving force,
etc.).
Advantage: It is not necessary to manually control the concentration and refill the chemicals continuously.
