This system lubricates the conveyors of the beverage bottles. The desired concentration of the solution is mixed by the equipment itself, and it
carries the solution to the conveyors through the built pipe network and the nozzles. It ensures proper lubrication of the belt track and thus
prevents overturning of the bottles, and the driving engine overload.
The dosage of the lubricant - in the proper density - to the flowing water
by the conveyors is the responsibility of the dosing pump, which always dispenses the same amount of lubricant, so it can always create
the same concentrate.
By a multi-circuit system the installation of a pump per turn is recommended (different concentration). If a more cost-efficient solution is needed,
rather the installation of a static mixer pump is recommended instead.
Required to run: voltage 230 VAC, or the potential-free contacts from the conveyor control cabinet
(conveyor belt is operating or not).
Advantage: It is not necessary to refill chemicals manually continuously, and the life of the engine is longer.
