This system can send acidic and alkaline cleaning chemicals from a central place or chemical storage to the pasteurizers.
In case of the fully automatic system, - with the help of an electronic control cabinet and switches
- we can choose a given pasteurizer which we would like to send chemicals to, and the type of chemical as well (acidic or alkaline). The
chemical gets to the selected pasteurizer through a built pipe network, and then the dosing of the proper amount occures.
The simpler type handles the valves and pins in a semiautomatic way. From the pump, the chemical can be sent to the required equipment through
a direct pipe network, or with the help of a buffer tank (by free fall).
Required to run:
voltage, 230 VAC,
and depending on the given solution, compressed air 6 bar.
Advantage:
it is not necessary to take chemicals
manually into the production area, or store those there,
during the dosing time, the operator is able to deal with other workflows.
