Chemical dosage of washing machines and dishwashers
The peristaltic – or known as the hose – pump is suitable for the dosage of alkali, chloric, acidic, or neutral chemicals as well.
The system – according to the claims – consists of 1 or 2 pumps, 1 washing/dishwashing
agent dispenser (Compact R) and 1 rinse aid dispenser (Compact K). In case of washing machines even more dispensers may be necessary,
depending on the program, because of pre-wash, bleaching, disinfection, etc.
The delivering performance is degree-free adjustable, even during operation, using the time/conductivity
measurement unit in the dispenser box.
Required to run: 24VAC v. 230VAC, and control contacts
Advantage: It is not necessary to refill chemicals manually.
