Chemical dosage of the CIP systems (acid, alkali, disinfectant)
The automatic, microprocessor controlled chemical dosing system continuously monitors the concentration
and the electronic conductivity of the acidic and alkaline wash solution (used in the equipments), and, if necessary controls, therefore
ensures chemical refill. The measuring cell is always located in the measuring solution.
This can be placed directly in the wash solution tank,
or into the pipes of the washing route, or even in a measurement circuit specifically developed for this task. The tank-integrated measuring
cell sends information – about the concentration and conductivity of the wash solution - to the evaluation and control electronics continuously,
as the washing-route-integrated sends only at a certain wash, and the measurement-circuit integrated only at turn on.
The dosing pumps can be of different types (electronic, pneumatic), moreover, they can differ
in their operating principle as well. The type and operating principle always depend on the application conditions, the required amount of
chemicals and the needed dosing time.
Required to run: voltage, 230 VAC.
Advantage: It is not necessary to manually control the concentration and refill the chemical before every wash.
